Deskripsi Program :
Officer Development Program (ODP) is a career development program through training and personal development to be prepared to become a Business Process Adherance (BPA)
Gambaran Pekerjaan :
Ensure the implementation of SOPs (policies and procedures) runs well and correctly in each Bina Artha branch and conducts periodic visits to branches with the aim of branch staff understand business processes correctly.
Requirements:
- Maximum 25 years old
- S1 graduates from any majors
- Minimum GPA of 2.75
- Have at least 1 year of work experience, fresh graduate welcome to apply
- Able to communicate well
- Willing to participate in an educational program for 12 months
- Willing to be placed in all Bina Artha branches in Indonesia
- Domiciled from outside Jakarta is preferred
- The recruitment selection will be process through online test and online interview
